很多项目经理到竣工才被住建或消防挑出问题：“走道墙面燃烧性能不达标”。翻采购单才发现，当时写的是“耐火板”，供应商送的是普通HPL美耐板。两个字之差，整面墙要拆。

Many project managers are only identified by residential construction or fire departments after completion, with issues such as' inadequate combustion performance of corridor walls'. I only found out after flipping through the purchase order that it was written as "refractory board" at that time, and the supplier sent ordinary HPL melamine board. The difference between two words means the entire wall needs to be demolished.

普通装饰耐火板（也就是大家说的美耐板、HPL）表面耐磨耐烫，但它本质是“纸+树脂”高压成型，整体燃烧等级一般是B1级难燃，不是不燃。它适合做家具贴面、包柱、电梯厅干区、办公室隔断这些地方。

这几种地方用普通HPL，图审阶段就会被打回，别等贴完再返工。

选的时候盯四条硬指标，比销售话术管用：

When choosing, focus on four hard indicators, which are more effective than sales rhetoric:

第一，让供应商拿出当批次的防火检测报告原件，看标准是不是GB 8624，等级是不是A级或A2级。只拿一张“产品简介写A级”的彩页，验收时不被认可。

Firstly, ask the supplier to provide the original fire detection report for the current batch and check if the standard is GB 8624 and if the grade is A or A2. Only one color page with "Product Introduction Written as A-level" will not be recognized during acceptance.

第二，看芯材。真不燃板掰开不是牛皮纸层，而是灰白色无机芯或玻纤毡芯。拿打火机烧边角，普通板会卷黑烟，不燃板只发白不引燃。

Secondly, look at the core material. The truly non combustible board does not have a layer of kraft paper, but rather a gray white inorganic core or fiberglass felt core. Use a lighter to burn the edges and corners. Ordinary boards will produce black smoke, while non combustible boards will only turn white and not ignite.

第三，厚度别被“薄=省事”骗。不燃板可以做薄到1毫米贴面板，也可以做4到6毫米独立墙板。贴面用要配A级基层板（如玻镁板、水泥纤维板），别直接贴木工板——基层是B级，整体还是过不了A级。

Thirdly, do not be deceived by the saying 'thin=easy' in terms of thickness. Non combustible panels can be made as thin as 1mm adhesive panels, or as independent wall panels ranging from 4mm to 6mm. For veneers, it is necessary to use A-grade base boards (such as glass magnesium board, cement fiber board) instead of directly pasting wooden boards - the base is B-grade, and the overall quality still cannot pass A-grade.

第四，收边同色。不燃板怕露芯，阳角用同色PVC或铝合金阳角条，插座开孔处封边胶打完再装面板，不然一个小孔就变成火焰通道。

Fourth, keep the edges in the same color. Non combustible boards are most afraid of exposed cores. Use PVC or aluminum alloy corner strips of the same color for the external corners, and seal the edges of the socket openings with adhesive before installing the panel. Otherwise, a small hole will become a flame channel.

顺手一条红线：别把“耐火板”当“不燃板”写进合同。采购单里明确写“燃烧性能A级，附第三方检测报告编号”，供应商想拿B1顶替都找不到借口。

A red line: Do not include "fire-resistant board" as "non combustible board" in the contract. The purchase order clearly states' combustion performance grade A, with third-party testing report number attached ', and the supplier cannot find an excuse to replace it with B1.

把“公区走道用A级、家具贴面用B1、基层也要A级、合同写死检测号”这四句钉在图审交底里，消防验收那天你翻资料的速度，比施工队拆墙的速度快。

Nail the four sentences of "Grade A for public area corridors, Grade B1 for furniture veneers, Grade A for grassroots, and a fixed inspection number in the contract" in the drawing review and disclosure. On the day of fire inspection, your speed of flipping through materials is faster than that of the construction team dismantling walls.
