很多人一听 HPL，脑子里立刻跳出“耐火板、能挡火”。真到酒店、医院、连锁餐饮下单时才发现：这张薄板值钱的不是防火，而是把“高频摩擦+水汽+烟头烫痕”一起扛住。

Many people immediately think of "fire-resistant board, able to block fire" when they hear HPL. When I actually went to hotels, hospitals, and chain restaurants to place orders, I realized that the most valuable thing about this thin sheet is not its fire resistance, but its ability to withstand "high-frequency friction+moisture+cigarette burn marks" together.

先拆开看它为什么硬：

表层是三聚氰胺树脂浸渍的装饰纸，负责花色和耐磨；下面叠好几层牛皮纸，泡过酚醛树脂，在约 150℃、1430psi 高压下压一小时固化。出来的片子只有 0.7–1.2mm 厚，却致密到不渗水、不怕烟灼。

The surface is a decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin, responsible for color and wear resistance; Several layers of kraft paper are stacked underneath, soaked in phenolic resin, and cured under high pressure of approximately 150 ℃ and 1430psi for one hour. The resulting film is only 0.7-1.2mm thick, but it is dense enough not to leak water and not afraid of smoke and burn.

选它还是选低价免漆板，看三处：

Choose it or choose low-priced paint free board, look at three aspects:

水平面（台面、桌面、吧台）别省，HPL 的 Taber 耐磨和耐冲击明显强一档；

Horizontal surfaces (tabletop, table top, bar counter) are not necessary, and HPL's Taber has significantly stronger wear and impact resistance;

垂直面、柜体内部、干燥区可以用低压三聚氰胺板控成本；

Low pressure melamine board can be used to control costs for vertical surfaces, cabinet interiors, and drying areas;

潮湿公区（卫生间隔断、食堂墙面）直接上实芯抗倍特，别拿普通 HPL 贴 MDF 硬扛。

In damp public areas (such as bathroom partitions and cafeteria walls), directly apply solid core anti duplication technology instead of using ordinary HPL to stick MDF hard.

现场容易翻车的不是板，是边：

The most prone to overturning on site is not the board, but the edge:

HPL 本身防潮，但贴在刨花板或密度板上，封边一开胶，水钻进去芯材就胀。所以收边要么同色 PVC 封边条，要么做 45°对接，要么直接用在金属/铝蜂窝基材上。

HPL itself is moisture-proof, but when attached to particleboard or density board, once the edge seal is opened, water will penetrate into the core material and swell. So the edge can either be sealed with PVC edge strips of the same color, or connected at a 45 ° angle, or directly used on metal/aluminum honeycomb substrates.

冷知识：所谓“防火”多是 B1 级难燃，意思是延缓蔓延、争取逃生时间，不是拿它当砧板去挡明火。真要过消防验收，记得让供应商把检测报告和基材构造一起交上去。

Cold knowledge: The so-called "fire prevention" is mostly B1 level flame retardant, which means delaying the spread and fighting for escape time, not using it as a chopping board to block open flames. If you really need to pass the fire safety inspection, remember to ask the supplier to submit the inspection report and substrate structure together.

一张好饰面板，省的是三年后翻修的人工，不是今天下单的差价。
