公共空间选隔断、挂墙板、更衣柜时，很多人把“抗倍特”和“防火板”混着买：都是高压层积板（HPL）家族，但抗倍特是多层牛皮纸浸酚醛树脂、高温高压一体成型，厚度通常2~25mm，能独立成板；普通防火板只有0.6~1.2mm，得贴在基材上才有用。

　　一、为什么医院、学校、车站爱用抗倍特?

　　全板结构，吸水膨胀率级低，淋浴区、无障碍卫生间长期泡水也不胀边；

　　Full board structure with extremely low water absorption and expansion rate, the shower area and accessible bathroom will not swell even after long-term soaking in water;

　　表面和三聚氰胺/酚醛层一体，耐刮、耐烟头灼、耐消毒液擦拭，保洁用84擦不糊面；

　　二、选抗倍特看四件事，别只看花色?

　　芯纸和树脂：酚醛芯≠都一个档次，医用/食品级要问甲醛释放和抗菌处理；

　　Core paper and resin: Phenolic core ≠ are of the same grade, medical/food grade requires formaldehyde release and antibacterial treatment;

　　厚度与用途匹配：卫生间隔断常用12/18mm，挂墙6~8mm配龙骨，台面要20mm+；

　　Thickness and purpose matching: 12/18mm is commonly used for bathroom partitions, 6-8mm for wall hanging with keel, and 20mm+for countertops;

　　边处理：封边、倒角、铝合金收口做不好，水从切面渗进去，再好板也起鼓；

　　Edge treatment: If the edge sealing, chamfering, and aluminum alloy sealing are not done well, water will seep into the cut surface, and even the best board will bulge;

　　阻燃等级：正规HPL系统可达B1，别信“防火板=烧不着”，要能出检测报告。

　　Flame retardant rating: The regular HPL system can reach B1. Don't believe that "fireproof board=unable to burn", it should be able to produce a test report.

　　三、施工翻车高频点?

　　用普通防火板当抗倍特装公卫：背面不防水，门扇下沿一吸潮就炸边；

　　Using ordinary fireproof board as a special protective public bathroom: the back is not waterproof, and the lower edge of the door leaf will explode when it absorbs moisture;

　　直接用自攻钉干挂不留伸缩缝：热胀冷缩后板面波浪；

　　Directly hanging with self tapping nails without leaving expansion joints: the surface of the board is wavy after thermal expansion and contraction;

　　和硅胶、劣质密封胶接触：某些溶剂型胶会腐蚀酚醛表层，留永久暗斑。

　　Contact with silicone and inferior sealant: Some solvent based adhesives can corrode the phenolic surface and leave permanent dark spots.
