装修时很多人一听“耐火板”就觉得能直接贴灶台背后，真到入住才发现：边缘起翘、台面烫出白斑、柜门遇水鼓包。问题不在板子假，而在你把“饰面材料”当成了“结构材料”用。

However, when they move in, they realize that the edges are raised, the countertop is hot with white spots, and the cabinet door swells when it comes into contact with water. The problem is not with the fake board, but with you using "decorative materials" as "structural materials".

先弄清它的真身：所谓美耐板，标准叫法是高压装饰层积板（HPL），本质是几张浸过树脂的纸——底层牛皮纸给强度、中间装饰纸管花色、表层透明耐磨纸管抗刮——高温高压压成 0.8~1.2mm 的薄片。 它本身不是整块板，必须贴在木芯板、刨花板或者金属蜂窝板上才能用。

First, clarify its true identity: the so-called melamine board, commonly known as high-pressure decorative laminated board (HPL), is essentially several sheets of resin impregnated paper - the bottom layer of kraft paper provides strength, the middle decorative paper tube color, and the surface transparent wear-resistant paper tube is scratch resistant - pressed into thin sheets of 0.8-1.2mm at high temperature and high pressure. It is not a single piece of board and must be attached to a wood core board, particleboard, or metal honeycomb board in order to be used.

选的时候盯三件事：

When choosing, focus on three things:

看压力不看名字。同样叫美耐板，高压 HPL 和低压力学板价格差一倍。厨房台面、商铺墙面这种高频摩擦的地方，厚度选 0.8mm 以上、耐磨转数 350 转起步，别拿家具背板料顶替。

Look at the pressure, not the name. Also known as Meinai board, the price difference between high-pressure HPL and low-pressure academic board is twice. For high-frequency friction areas such as kitchen countertops and shop walls, choose a thickness of 0.8mm or more and a wear-resistant starting speed of 350 revolutions per minute. Do not replace them with furniture backboard materials.

阻燃等级看“整体”不看表面。单张饰面纸过 B1 没意义，必须饰面加基材一起送检才算数。签合同让商家把检测报告编号写进去，别信口头“肯定阻燃”。

The flame retardant rating is evaluated based on the overall appearance rather than the surface. A single decorative paper passing B1 is meaningless, it must be inspected together with the decorative surface and substrate to count. Sign the contract and ask the merchant to write the test report number in it, don't believe verbal "definitely flame retardant".

基材比面子重要。潮湿区域（水槽柜、卫生间干区）基材用防潮刨花板或铝蜂窝，普通板材遇水膨胀，再贵的面皮也跟着鼓。

The substrate is more important than the surface. Moisture resistant particleboard or aluminum honeycomb should be used as the base material in damp areas (such as sink cabinets and dry areas in bathrooms). Ordinary boards will expand when exposed to water, and even the most expensive veneers will swell.

施工和保养里容易被省掉的两步：

The two most easily skipped steps in construction and maintenance are:

第一，贴完必须用滚轮从中间往四周赶气泡，留一点空气后期就会鼓包脱胶。第二，收边别裸着切边——美耐板侧截面是深褐色牛皮纸，不封边会露黑线，还吸水。用同色 PVC 或 ABS 封边条、或者选透心板，颜值和使用寿命完全两档。

Firstly, after pasting, it is necessary to use a roller to drive bubbles from the middle to the surrounding areas, leaving some air that will eventually swell and peel off. Secondly, do not cut the edges naked when trimming - the side section of the melamine board is made of dark brown kraft paper. Without edge sealing, black lines will be exposed and it will absorb water. Use PVC or ABS edge banding in the same color, or choose a transparent board, with completely different levels of appearance and service life.

日常别干三件事：热锅直接搁台面（长时间接触 60℃ 以上热源会脱层）、用钢丝球和去污粉刷洗、把漂白水倒在板面上泡着。中性清洁剂加软布，是唯一不会毁涂层的组合。

Do not do three things in daily life: put the hot pot directly on the countertop (prolonged exposure to heat sources above 60 ℃ will cause delamination), use steel wire balls and stain remover to wash it, and pour bleach on the surface of the board to soak it. The combination of neutral cleaner and soft cloth is the only one that will not damage the coating.

把“它是薄片不是整板、阻燃看整体、封边定生死”这三句记住，同样花钱，柜子和台面能多撑好几年。

Remember these three sentences: "It's a thin sheet, not a whole board, flame retardant looks at the whole, and edge sealing determines life and death." With the same amount of money, cabinets and countertops can last for several more years.
