一、它是“压”出来的结构板，不是“粘”上去的膜

富美家装饰耐火板（HPL）是多层牛皮纸浸酚醛树脂、表层加装饰纸和三聚氰胺膜，在1000吨以上高压、150℃左右高温下一体成型。厚度通常0.6~1.2mm，硬、密、韧。和PVC膜、纸皮贴面比，它不脱层、不翘边、不怕烟头烫。

Fumeijia Decorative Refractory Board (HPL) is a multi-layer kraft paper soaked in phenolic resin, with decorative paper and melamine film added on the surface, and formed as a whole under high pressure of over 1000 tons and high temperature of around 150 ℃. The thickness is usually 0.6~1.2mm, hard, dense, and tough. Compared to PVC film and paper veneer, it does not peel off, does not curl edges, and is not afraid of cigarette burns.

二、公共空间选它，看的是“扛造”

医院走廊墙面、学校实验室台面、商场柱面包覆、酒店电梯厅，人流量大、推车多、消毒液天天擦。耐火板耐刮擦、耐腐蚀、耐烟灼，这些不是广告词——是每天保洁用84擦、行李车撞、烟头掉上去不糊面的真实工况。

The hospital corridor walls, school laboratory countertops, shopping mall column covers, hotel elevator halls have high pedestrian flow, many carts, and disinfectant is wiped every day. The fire-resistant board is scratch resistant, corrosion-resistant, and smoke resistant. These are not advertising slogans - they are the real working conditions of daily cleaning with 84 rubs, luggage truck collisions, and cigarette butts falling on without sticking to the surface.

三、B1阻燃不是“不怕火”，是“不助燃”

3、 B1 flame retardant is not "not afraid of fire", it is "non combustible"

正规HPL产品阻燃等级达B1，遇火不蔓延、离火自熄。消防验收时这是硬指标，不是所有饰面板通常能过现场抽检。

Legitimate HPL products have a flame retardant rating of B1, which does not spread when exposed to fire and self extinguishes upon leaving the fire. This is a hard indicator during fire inspection, not all decorative panels can pass on-site sampling.

四、施工翻车点：基材和胶比板贵

4、 Construction tipping point: The substrate and adhesive are more expensive than the board

耐火板贴不牢，九成是基材含水率高或胶没选对。防潮区域用防潮板做底，胶用专用接触胶，压合时间够，边角封好——这些比花色重要十倍。

The refractory board is not firmly attached, and 90% of it is due to high moisture content in the substrate or improper selection of adhesive. Use moisture-proof boards as the bottom in the moisture-proof area, use specialized contact glue for the adhesive, have sufficient pressing time, and seal the edges and corners - these are ten times more important than the color.

装饰耐火板不是“好看就行”的饰面，是把耐磨、阻燃、防潮、易洁压进同一张板里。选对了，十年后物业翻新还能留着；选错了，两年起泡脱胶，补都补不住。

Decorative fire-resistant panels are not just a "good-looking" finish, but a combination of wear-resistant, flame-retardant, moisture-proof, and easy to clean materials pressed into the same panel. Choosing the right one, the property can still be preserved after ten years of renovation; I chose the wrong one. Two years of foaming and delamination cannot be repaired.
