　　抗倍特都是由英文“Compact Laminate”音译而来，抗倍特板是由装饰色纸含浸三聚氰胺树脂，加上多层黑色或褐色牛皮纸含浸酚醛树脂层叠后，再用钢板经由高温（150℃）高压（1430psi）的环境压制而成，厚度从1.6mm到25mm皆可制作。一代抗倍特板是由装饰色纸、牛皮纸经过酚醛树脂的浸渍工艺，高温高压制做而成，而二代、三代，乃至还有四五代抗倍特板则是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸泡，然后干燥到一定固化程度，将其铺装在刨花板、防潮板、中密度纤维板、胶合板、细木工板、多层板或其他硬质纤维板表面，经热压而成的装饰板。抗倍特一代板性能更好价格往往是比二代抗倍特板的2-3倍。
