裁切时切忌直接切到终尺寸。必须在每条边多预留约6mm作为修边之用，后续通过修边机将多余部分切除，这样能有效避免边缘崩裂1。

When cutting, avoid cutting directly to the final size. It is necessary to reserve an additional 6mm on each edge for edge trimming, and then use a trimming machine to cut off the excess part, which can effectively avoid edge cracking.

使用桌面锯或机器锯时，锯子的刀刃必须是碳钢制品或采用碳化钨刀头。推荐使用齿数高（80齿或以上）的细齿锯片，以获得精细光滑的切割效果1。

When using a desktop saw or machine saw, the blade of the saw must be made of carbon steel or use a tungsten carbide blade. It is recommended to use a fine toothed saw blade with a high number of teeth (80 teeth or more) to achieve a fine and smooth cutting effect.

贴美纹纸：在切割线位置贴上美纹纸，可以物理方式将表面树脂层固定在一起，有效防止脆性表面在切割过程中撕裂8。

Applying decorative paper: Applying decorative paper at the cutting line position can physically fix the surface resin layer together, effectively preventing brittle surfaces from tearing during the cutting process.

美工刀预刻痕：对于较厚的板材，可以先用锋利的美工刀沿着切割线在表面刻划出一道浅沟槽，预先切割脆性层，这能有效引导锯片路径并防止崩边6。

Pre marking with art knife: For thicker boards, a sharp art knife can be used to carve a shallow groove on the surface along the cutting line, pre cutting the brittle layer, which can effectively guide the saw blade path and prevent edge breakage.

平稳进给：切割时应保持锯片转速稳定，进给速度缓慢均匀，减少振动，让锯齿能够清洁地剪切表面而非撕裂材料6。

Smooth feed: When cutting, the saw blade speed should be kept stable, the feed speed should be slow and uniform, vibration should be reduced, and the saw teeth can cleanly cut the surface instead of tearing the material.
