一、 施工前的环境适应与材料储存

1、 Environmental adaptation and material storage before construction

在进行贴面转化前，耐火板必须在施工当地放置至少48小时以上，以适应当地的气候环境，从而将材料的变异伸缩减至低程度。同时，储存环境需严格控制，温度应不低于18℃（理想温度为24℃），相对湿度保持在30%~80%（理想湿度为45%）。板材需水平、背对背或面对面朝下存放，上方应放置垫板以防损坏和翘曲，并注意避光防潮防热。

Before the veneer conversion, the refractory board must be placed in the construction site for at least 48 hours to adapt to the local climate environment, thereby minimizing the variation and expansion of the material. At the same time, the storage environment needs to be strictly controlled, with a temperature not lower than 18 ℃ (ideal temperature is 24 ℃) and a relative humidity maintained between 30% and 80% (ideal humidity is 45%). The board should be stored horizontally, back-to-back, or face down. A cushion plate should be placed at the top to prevent damage and warping, and attention should be paid to avoiding light, moisture, and heat.

二、 基材的甄选与处理

耐火板本身较薄且脆性较高，必须粘贴在有强度的基材上。建议使用刨花板（塑合板）、中密度纤维板（MDF）或细木工板作为基材。基材表面必须经过砂磨处理，确保平整、干净、无油腻且厚度均匀。需要注意的是，灰泥板（干墙）、混凝土、石膏板、实木或栈板不建议用作基材。

The refractory board itself is thin and brittle, and must be adhered to a strong substrate. It is recommended to use particleboard (plywood), medium density fiberboard (MDF), or particleboard as the substrate. The surface of the substrate must be sandblasted to ensure flatness, cleanliness, non greasy, and uniform thickness. It should be noted that plasterboard (drywall), concrete, gypsum board, solid wood, or pallets are not recommended as substrates.

三、 施工技巧与木工配合

四、 表面清洁与化学品禁忌

4、 Surface cleaning and chemical taboos

在转化施工及后续使用中，需注意表面的清洁方式。一般的污垢、印泥或标记可用湿抹布、橡皮擦或甲醇、酒精等清理。但必须严格避免使用强腐蚀或不明溶剂，如次氯酸盐、氢氧化物、高锰酸钾、亚硝酸银等化学品，以免造成表面褪色或变色。此外，应避免葡萄汁、茶、咖啡等有色液体在台面滞留过久。

During the conversion construction and subsequent use, attention should be paid to the surface cleaning method. Ordinary dirt, ink, or marks can be cleaned with a damp cloth, eraser, or methanol, alcohol, etc. But it is necessary to strictly avoid the use of strong corrosive or unknown solvents, such as hypochlorite, hydroxide, potassium permanganate, silver nitrite and other chemicals, to avoid surface fading or discoloration. In addition, colored liquids such as grape juice, tea, and coffee should be avoided from staying on the countertop for too long.
