一、用途

　　1. Purpose

　　富美家双侧磁性耐火板m4702具有酚醛树脂牛皮纸核心，但无装饰性表面。其内部有带钢箔（约200mic）的两层酚醛树脂牛皮纸核心。m4702可以用于增加几乎富美家所有产品的磁性特性。这可以被用于磁性布告牌和磁性干擦板。

　　Fumeijia double-sided magnetic refractory board M4702 has a phenolic resin kraft paper core, but no decorative surface. It has two layers of phenolic resin kraft paper core with strip steel foil (about 200mic) inside. M4702 can be used to enhance the magnetic properties of almost all products from Fumeijia. This can be used for magnetic bulletin boards and magnetic dry erase boards.

　　m4702双侧磁性耐火板的储存条件与其他富美家和decometal耐火板相同。m4702双侧磁性耐火板应平放储存，运输时应适当使用托盘。运输过程中不可滚动或折叠，否则会对板产生不可逆性损伤，给制造过程带来很大困难。在储存期间，必须将盖板放置在耐火板顶，以防弯曲。

　　The storage conditions for the M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board are the same as those for other Fumijia and Decometric refractory boards. The M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board should be stored flat, and pallets should be used appropriately during transportation. During transportation, it is not allowed to roll or fold, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the board and bring great difficulties to the manufacturing process. During storage, the cover plate must be placed on top of the fire-resistant board to prevent bending.

　　三、粘合

　　3、 Adhesive bonding

　　不可使用标准粘合剂对m4702双侧磁性耐火板进行粘合。我们推荐使用诸如环氧树脂ay 103 -1树脂和hy991固化剂或类似的环氧树脂。在使用上述粘合剂时，需要对材料加压。固化时间取决于树脂与固化剂的比率。请参照粘合剂制造厂商的专门说明。还可使用可喷涂的氯丁橡胶，但由于可能发生的空间移动，我们推荐仅在小范围使用这种粘合剂。当使用接触性粘合剂时，板的宽度不可大于600mm.

　　Standard adhesives cannot be used to bond the M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory board. We recommend using epoxy resins such as ay 103-1 resin and hy991 curing agent or similar epoxy resins. When using the above adhesive, it is necessary to apply pressure to the material. The curing time depends on the ratio of resin to curing agent. Please refer to the specific instructions provided by the adhesive manufacturer. Sprayable chloroprene rubber can also be used, but due to possible spatial movement, we recommend using this adhesive only on a small scale. When using contact adhesive, the width of the board should not exceed 600mm

　　当将光泽耐火板粘合在m4702双侧磁性耐火板上时，一定要确保所有表面均洁净、无杂物。所有压板都应无污物，否则会被压入耐火板表面并引起起伏。还要注意确保装饰性耐火板与m4702之间无杂物，否则会导致浮印。

　　四、平衡

　　4、 Balance

　　应使用倒着的相同m4702双侧磁性耐火板，使其富美家磁性耐火板保持平衡。推荐小板材厚度为12mm,如果小于该厚度，则平整度无法得到保证。如果对板平整度要求不高，或板背面被隐藏起来，则可以使用较低等级平衡耐火板。请参照富美家制造指南的平衡相应部分的内容，以保证使用正确耐火板。

　　The same M4702 double-sided magnetic refractory plate should be used upside down to maintain balance with the Fumijia magnetic refractory plate. The recommended thickness for the small board is 12mm. If it is less than this thickness, the flatness cannot be guaranteed. If the flatness requirement for the board is not high, or if the back of the board is hidden, a lower grade balanced fire-resistant board can be used. Please refer to the balance section of the Fumijia manufacturing guide to ensure the correct use of refractory boards.
