锯片材质：强烈建议使用锋利的碳钢锯片。碳钢锯片硬度高、韧性好，能更利落地切断防火板坚硬的表层，减少拉扯造成的崩边。

Saw blade material: It is strongly recommended to use sharp carbon steel saw blades. Carbon steel saw blades have high hardness and good toughness, which can more easily cut the hard surface of fireproof boards and reduce edge breakage caused by pulling.

正面进刀（关键）：在使用锯子切割时，务必确保锯齿从防火板的正面（装饰面）进刀。因为锯片旋转时，接触板材正面的瞬间是向下压的力，能有效避免表层崩裂；如果从背面进刀，锯齿向上挑的力级易带崩正面的装饰层。

Frontal cutting (key): When using a saw to cut, be sure to ensure that the saw teeth are cutting from the front (decorative surface) of the fireproof board. Because when the saw blade rotates, the moment it comes into contact with the front of the board is a downward force, which can effectively prevent surface cracking; If cutting from the back, the upward force of the serrations can easily cause the decorative layer on the front to break.

调整锯片深度：将锯片的切割深度调整为刚好比板材厚度多出一点点（通常多出1-2mm即可）。这样切削力会向内集中，能大程度减少底面的崩边，切口也会更加平整。

Adjust the depth of the saw blade: Adjust the cutting depth of the saw blade to just slightly increase the thickness of the board (usually by 1-2mm). In this way, the cutting force will concentrate inward, which can minimize the collapse of the bottom surface and make the incision smoother.

平稳匀速推进：切割时手部一定要稳，推锯速度要平稳且匀速，切忌猛推或硬顶。如果是使用曲线锯进行异形切割，在转弯时更要放慢速度，避免锯条“跳刀”导致边缘破损。

Adhesive tape can effectively fix the resin layer at the cutting edge, greatly reducing the occurrence of chipping and burrs.

预留修边余量：裁切时不要追求“一刀到位”的准确尺寸，建议在每条边多预留约6mm的余量。等板材粘贴到基材上后，再使用修边机或锋利的锉刀将多余的部分修掉，这样既能保证边缘绝对齐整，又能避免安装过程中对板材边缘造成二次磕碰。
