    轻质复合墙板分复合墙板内、复合墙板外墙两种,目前以生产内墙为主,内墙厚有50mm、75mm、100mm 120mm 150mm五种规格。我们的墙板长度有2440mm、3000mm两种规格,宽度统一为610mm。厚度为50mm墙板主要用于商铺,75mm墙板主要用于写字楼及商住两用楼,100mm墙板主要用于各种建筑的分户墙。厚度为75mm内墙与传统120mm墙体加抹灰相比较,每建12沿长米墙体可增加1平方米实用面积。房间整体面积增加率为4—6%。也就是说100平方米住宅就可增加4.26平方米的使用面积。

    基于实例总结轻质隔墙板防开裂做法1、结构和反坎阶段线管出地面位置需定位并固定,防止偏位。2、复合墙板工厂内直接完成管线、底盒预埋,避免后期开凿,墙板预留槽大小线管接头顺畅。3、采用顶部坐浆法,避免梁底拼接缝塞填不实导致开裂。4、复合墙板安装时需用激光扫平仪控制底盒标高。5、阴阳榫增大墙板间接触面。6、结构面和墙板面均预留50X3mm压槽,挂玻纤网缓和裂缝发展。7、墙板拼接面均双面涂刷界面剂,确保基层清洁。8、结构打凿必须在墙板安装前完成的。9、定期抽芯检测。
