2、对于地面不平整，或者是板长的制作误差和梁、柱底面高度的模板误差，这种情况下轻质隔墙板的上下接缝一般在3-8厘米范围内，在接缝处可以用水泥砂浆、板头、砖块等硬物填充，使用水泥砂浆填充两板连接处时必须饱满、密实，还要挤出的多余砂浆并及时刮掉。另外换需要注意轻质隔墙板边调整处理槽必须在接缝处的水泥砂浆和墙板干透后抹灰时一起处理。

4、另外轻质隔墙发现在较长墙体施工安装过程中，建议在安装时每隔3～5米距离预留一处安装缝暂时不做处理，让此段墙体自由收缩7～10天，待收缩应力已基本释放、变形稳定后再用聚合物嵌缝砂浆将此连续接缝填实。这样可避免长墙累积收缩应力过大造成缝隙。

6、另外安装轻质隔墙板时，也会对门框造成影响，所以为避免门框上部倒八字裂缝，可在门框与长墙连接处，距门框两块板处预留一收缩缝暂不处理以释放应力，7～10天后再用聚合物水泥砂浆填实处理，遮阳就可以避免门框处出现缝隙。
