解决方法:正确的是一般在混合料中液/固比值在0.43~0.47,根据活性MgO的含量确定MgCl2的用量。同时应设置干燥设备,使制品的含水率在出厂前控制在8%~10%,避免在使用过程中因排湿的不一致所造成的变形。在实际生产中对于组分中的轻质、松软的填充料应尽可能的少加或者不加。这类填充料对抵制材料的收缩不力,同时本身的吸潮性也大,加剧了材料的收缩,同时在组分中也应注意纤维的加筋量是否以提高抗击和防裂要求。
